The Foley Police Department with help from the FBI arrested Michelle Cobb, 41, and Tim Cobb, 45, on Tuesday at about 6:00 p.m. at the Massage and Body Works located at 625 Laurel Ave. The couple was charged with multiple counts of prostitution.
