Kingston Police say that a 26-year-old local man has been charged with sexual assault after a complaint in regards to a massage therapy session.
On May 17, the victim attended her scheduled massage therapy session. During the massage, the therapist made inappropriate sexual contact with the victim, police report. Detectives investigated and formed grounds to arrest the accused.
