A Luzerne County woman is accused of running a prostitution business through a Midvalley massage parlor.
The arrest of Juanita R. Frey, 64, 66 Noyes Ave., Swoyersville, followed a nearly two-year-long investigation by Lackawanna County detectives, along with the state police Organized Crime Task Force.
